Frequently Asked Questions
  • How much will it cost ?     Cost depends on many factors. How many pages you want, whether you want e-commerce or not, if you want a logo, flash etc. Best way to find out is to fill out our contact form describing in detail, including links to sites you like, and we'll send you a quote.
  • After the site is complete, how much will it cost to make changes ?   After we're done with your site, you have 14 days to make minor changes. Should you require extensive changes, we'll charge you accordingly.
  • Do you offer maintenance ? Yes, we do offer maintenance. Cost varies from site to site. If you have signed up for a CMS ( content management system) site, you will be able to maintain the site yourself. NOTE: you MUST have intermediate level computer skills to do this.  
  • Can you help me with website content ?   We prefer not to, but we can put you in touch with a copyrighter. 
  • Do we need to meet in person to get started ?  Most of our website projects are done over the phone/email/fax. We are in the Bay Area and would be happy to meet with you if you so wish.
  • Do you take credit cards ?   We do accept credit card payments via PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay us.
  • Do you have any references ?  Yes we do, buy you must be ready to start. We will provide you with email addresses only.
  • Do you offer DIY (do it yourself) web sites ?  Yes we do, you only pay for hosting. NO support is provided.
  • What do I need to get started ?  First of all, you will need a domain name. We can obtain this for you you or you can get your own through GoDaddy, Yahoo etc. A 50% deposit is required. You will then supply us with text/pictures and we're off and running.
